What was the highlight of Silverwater Resort Phillip Island
perfect, my partner stayed there 2 times before. Exceed my expectations.
Location, complex itself was perfect. Very friendly staff at the restaurant. Nice indoor pool. Beautiful balcony with table and chairs. The blanket on the bed was not really comfortable - but it is the only thing I can remember which was not good, other then that our stay experience was perfect!
The blanket on the bed was put too tight into the bed itself which practically made it very hard to go under the blanket, me and my partner struggled with this a little as we decide not to take it out of the mattress completely.

We had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and it’s a great place. I hope to go back again soon.
The apartment was clean and the basic necessities, including Netflix!

Overall stay was good but would have been better if free buffet breakfast was included in the price.
The furniture is becoming old because we visited the resort about 5-6 years ago and the furniture was still similar. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. I didn't expect kids under 12 years to be charged but they we still had to pay. Overall the stay was good. Just the buffet breakfast was too pricey when my wife and kids only eat very little and there was only few gluten free options for my wife. The furniture needs some up keeping.
We had the second floor apartment- there was no lift and I had to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs with my ankles hurting. When I asked for a room at the lower level unfortunately, they weren't able to accommodate. Last time when we visited, there was also some free tokens for the kids to play in the games room but this time there wasn't.
